Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at our Fredericksburg Service Center. You will greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance while supporting collision estimators and handling vehicle drop-offs, mapping, photographing, and deliveries.

You’ll ensure clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors to sustain quality repairs in line with SOPs. Eligible employees receive benefits from day one, weekly pay, overtime eligibility, paid vacation and holidays, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance, coordinating with Estimators as needed.
• Assist with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles; arrange transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and handle active customer deliveries; communicate with customers, teammates and vendors.
