Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant at our Lynchburg service center. You will greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and respond with guidance and assistance.

You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photo documentation, arranging transportation, and handling paperwork. The position offers day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage, weekly pay with overtime eligibility, paid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Ability to provide personable, friendly “World Class” customer service to internal and external customers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Deliver active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
