Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Buffalo, NY to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and guide them through the service process. You’ll support Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photos, coordinate rides, and prepare paperwork for timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork, and deliver vehicles as required.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure quality repairs.
