Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fortville, IN is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance. The role includes assisting estimators with vehicle handling, coordinating drop-offs, documenting tasks, and supporting the repair process while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partner guidelines and industry standards.
