Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, paperwork, and coordinating transportation while upholding Caliber’s SOPs and industry standards.

The role offers hourly pay of $19–$23, weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and opportunities for growth as part of a busy production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to ensure efficient repairs.
• Coordinate with collision estimators and support staff to manage drop-offs and paperwork.
