Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating load levels and work flow in a fast-paced center.

You will help customers with rentals and communicate with insurance partners regarding authorizations, billing and processes. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to restoring customers’ rhythm of life through reliable, friendly, and professional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/ Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
