Job summary

Murray Motors Mazda in Muncy, PA seeks a Service Advisor with a positive attitude and passion for exceptional customer service. You will be the main liaison for service/repair activities, greeting customers, coordinating diagnostics, and ensuring repairs are completed correctly and quickly.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, and at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, with a valid driver’s license and clean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; automotive training is a plus.
• 1+ year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Verify customer information and reasons for visit; create a repair order.
• Perform vehicle walk-around and note existing damage.
• Review service history to recommend services.
• Obtain multipoint inspection in collaboration with technicians.
• Update customers on vehicle status and inspection results.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs.
• Process service contracts and warranties from submission to payment.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and standards.
• Maintain CSI by delivering world-class service; complete checkout with proper payment.
• Be a team player; attend meetings; follow safety policies; perform other duties as assigned.
