Murray Motors Mazda in Muncy, PA seeks a Service Advisor with a positive attitude and passion for outstanding customer service. The Service Advisor is the center of communication for service/repair activities and the liaison between customers and the technicians.

Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor must listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage expectations on

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
Must deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

Have a positive attitude and be kind to customers.

Reviews the multipoint inspection and communicates findings.
Updates customers on vehicle status and reviews inspections.

Sustain dealership metrics and CSI scores.
Complete checkout and thank customers for their business.
