Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by identifying problems and services requested
• Troubleshoot vehicle problems by listening to symptoms, clarifying, inspecting, test driving, reviewing maintenance records and service schedules
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs
• Explain estimates and return timelines to customers, obtain approval, provide contact details, answer questions, and arrange towing or transportation
