Best Line Equipment in Muncy, PA is seeking a Service Advisor to connect customers with service technicians, parts, and management. You will be the primary contact throughout the repair process, ensuring smooth progression from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable with equipment, and able to explain repair needs and costs clearly. Experience with service software and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and maintain repair documentation.
• Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment records.
• Review completed work and prepare final invoices.
• Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure needs were met.
