Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Business Support Manager within the Enterprise Transaction Services COO organization. Qualifications

2+ years experience in business management and project management.
Experience with workspace planning, occupancy planning or facilities coordination preferred.
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive workspace planning activities with leaders and partners.
Maintain and analyze workspace data (seating, occupancy, utilization).
Coordinate office moves, seating changes and workspace requests.
Consolidate requirements across teams and locations for planning.
Deliver clear reports and executive presentations on workspace needs and actions.
Handle sensitive business and employee information with discretion.
Support other business management initiatives as needs arise.
