• Ability to balance competing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for clear reporting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive ETS workspace planning activities with business leaders to understand needs, options, and drive decisions.
• Maintain and analyze workspace data including occupancy and utilization to identify needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate with facilities, real estate, and stakeholders to align workspace plans with priorities.
• Coordinate office moves, seating changes, and workspace requests with clear ownership and timelines.
• Manage annual and ad hoc workspace-planning activities across teams and locations.
• Develop clear executive-level reports and presentations on workspace needs, risks, and actions.
• Handle sensitive organizational information with discretion and judgment.
