Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in business management and project management, with ability to own complex work and drive to completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive ETS workspace planning activities with business leaders to understand needs, evaluate options, develop recommendations, and move decisions through execution.
• Maintain and analyze workspace, seating, occupancy, and utilization data to identify needs, constraints, and opportunities and support workspace recommendations.
• Partner with facilities, real estate, business leaders, and other stakeholders to align workspace plans with business needs, workplace standards, and organizational priorities.
• Coordinate office moves, seating changes, workspace requests, and related activities with clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and follow-through.
• Manage annual and ad hoc workspace-planning activities, consolidating requirements across teams and coordinating work across locations and partners.
• Stay ahead of key deliverables and dependencies, address barriers, and escalate issues when needed to keep work moving.
• Develop clear, succinct reports, updates, and executive-level presentations that communicate workspace needs, recommendations, decisions, risks, and required actions.
• Handle sensitive business, organizational, and employee information with appropriate judgment and discretion.
• Lead or support other business management activities and priorities as organizational needs evolve.
