Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years experience in business management and project management, with ability to drive complex work to completion.
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication to leaders, partners and employees.
Experience with workspace planning, occupancy planning or facilities coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead workspace planning activities and coordinate with business leaders and partners to understand needs and drive decisions.
Maintain accurate workspace data (occupancy, seating, utilization) and support recommendations.
Coordinate moves, seating changes and related workspace requests with clear ownership and timelines.
Develop concise reports and executive presentations communicating workspace needs, risks and actions.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain governance over deliverables.
Support other business management priorities as organizational needs evolve.
