Regus in King of Prussia is seeking a Community Associate to manage the center’s community and deliver high-quality customer service. You will handle inquiries, process invoices, and ensure smooth daily operations to support our members.

You will organize networking events, assist with setup in meeting rooms, and help members connect with resources, while maintaining a welcoming, professional workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem solving and ownership of issues.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist center customers and manage daily inquiries.
• Coordinate center operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process invoices, bookings, and service requests accurately.
• Plan and promote center networking events and notices within the center.
• Maintain center cleanliness and assist with posters and notices.
