Job summary

IWG invites applications for a Community Associate at our on-site center in Aiken, SC. You will help create and maintain a vibrant community for customers while handling a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations.

As a daily point of contact, you’ll assist customers, manage inquiries, and ensure invoices and services are accurately charged. You will collaborate with the center team to keep operations smooth and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience recommended.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent service.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a wide range of requests and inquiries.
• Maintain center operations and administrative tasks.
• Help set up rooms, IT equipment, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Process requests and coordinate with center management when needed.
