Job summary

IWG in Sumter, South Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to support our center guests and operations. Work 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, 24 hours per week, on site at 208 West Hampton Avenue, 1st Floor, Sumter, SC.

You will help customers with inquiries, guide them through center services, and ensure smooth daily operations including guest support, invoicing, and event readiness. Prioritise strong customer service and teamwork on a fast-moving center floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle inquiries across the center
• Maintain center operations and set up equipment as needed
• Process requests for Wi‑Fi, packages, and directions for meeting spaces
• Open tickets in the service portal and coordinate with center staff
• Prepare for network events and assist with e-invites and posters
• Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate service charges
