Qualifications

2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric setting.
High school diploma required.
Basic understanding of store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time & attendance).

Responsibilities

Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in directing daily assignments and staff priorities.
Assist in hiring decisions and staff development.
Lead shifts, enforce policies, and maintain cash handling, security and store safety.
Drive sales by coaching staff and delivering an Experience First guest experience.
Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards.
Oversee inventory receiving, stocking, and counts.
Contribute to building a high-performing team delivering strong guest experiences.
