You will oversee Tier 2 in-person support, device lifecycle management, and office technology standards, partnering with the Service Desk to ensure a seamless user experience

Qualifications

• Five or more years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; computer or information-related degree preferred.
• Strong experience in Tier 2 in-person support environments.
• Proven leadership with coaching and development of teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace Technology team delivering Tier 2 in-person support.
• Oversee end-user device lifecycle management and office technology standards.
• Collaborate with Service Desk to ensure seamless handoffs and user experience.
• Coordinate with Facilities on office technology planning and readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage vendor relationships.
