Job summary

Central Park Conservancy is seeking an Assistant Manager, Workplace Services to oversee daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience across multiple locations in NYC. Reporting to the Director of Workplace Services, you will lead the on-site team and ensure spaces, services, and vendor compliance meet high standards.

This role requires 2-5 years in workplace services or facilities coordination, strong leadership, autonomy, and excellent communication skills, plus the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in workplace services, facilities coordination, or corporate property management.
• Leadership experience directing on-site staff.
• Autonomy with strong problem-solving in high-pressure facilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of Workplace Services across all sites and daily operations.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and budget-conscious purchasing.
• Manage multi-location operations at HQ, North Meadow Center and 79th Street Yard.
• Lead events and meeting logistics; ensure spaces are ready and configured.
• Maintain team calendar and assist Director with PO processing.
