Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in maintenance work in executive housekeeping, facilities or custodial management with supervision experience.
• 6 years of management and supervision of others required.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform heavy physical labor in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cleaning and maintenance operations of public spaces, restrooms, and staff areas.
• Supervise staff, schedule work and vehicle assignments to meet workloads.
• Manage waste, perform inspections, and document conditions via work orders.
• Provide feedback and training to staff, enforce safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments and assist in emergency responses.
