Capital Group in New York City is seeking a Workplace Experience Site Services & Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional workplace experiences across multiple NYC locations. You will oversee front desk, events, hospitality and facilities coordination, ensuring services meet associate expectations and align with business priorities.

As the onsite leader, you will balance daily operations, adapt to changing priorities, use KPIs and feedback to improve service

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace, hospitality, facilities or site operations.
• Proven people leadership or mentoring experience.
• Ability to manage daily operations across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage vendor performance and set service expectations.
• Uses reporting and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with workplace tools and technology adoption.

Responsibilities
