Booking Holdings seeks an experienced Workplace Experience Lead to drive operations across a multi-site portfolio, with a primary focus on the New York office. You will partner with People, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance to deliver safe, efficient and premium workplace experiences for employees and visitors.

We expect 7–10 years in facilities or workplace ops, strong vendor and budget management, and a proven ability to lead onsite and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in workplace operations, facilities, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional offices and vendors.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace operations and facilities for the primary office and regional sites.
• Ensure safety, functionality, cleanliness, hospitality, and service delivery.
• Act as escalation point and oversee onsite team performance.
• Drive standardization, improvement, and efficiency across locations.
• Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, forecasting and resources.
• Lead buildouts, relocations, refurbishments, and expansions.
• Support space planning and data-driven workspace optimization.
• Collaborate with People, IT, and regional teams on programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations; report metrics.
