Amazon is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to elevate safety culture across our facilities. You will partner with site leadership to implement data-driven safety programs and ensure every procedure protects associates as they contribute to our operations.

You will conduct safety audits, lead incident investigations, and mentor teams on hazard recognition. This role requires hands-on field work, flexibility in shifts, and a commitment to making Amazon the Earth's Safest Place to Work.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field preferred; 6 months safety-related experience in Amazon acceptable.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Word and Excel; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments using data-driven methods.
• Deliver safety training and translate data into actionable improvements to promote a proactive safety culture.
