Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, investigations, and training across facilities. You will partner with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture, translate safety data into actionable insights, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while maintaining operational efficiency.

Formación

• High school or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR a Bachelor's degree in EHS-related background OR 6 months experience performing in a safety-related role within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies and lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across levels to drive behavioral changes.
• Translate safety data into compelling narratives to influence positive change and drive engagement in safety initiatives.
