Amazon is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to drive safety excellence across our operations. You will lead safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent injuries and safeguard Amazonians.

You will translate safety data into clear, actionable insights, train associates, and advocate for a culture where safety and productivity thrive together. Must be able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Formación

• High school or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background preferred.
• Experience in safety-related roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training that promotes a proactive culture.
• Translate safety data into actionable improvements.
