Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to elevate safety culture across facilities. You will lead audits, investigations, and risk assessments while delivering engaging safety training and championing continuous improvement.

This role requires building strong safety partnerships with associates and leadership to prevent injuries and drive performance. You’ll help translate safety data into clear narratives, influence behavior, and ensure compliance with OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related field preferred.
• 1 year in an EHS role or 6 months at Amazon in safety.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
• Proficient with Word and Excel; ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs, audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Drive safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as safety advisor and champion for associates' wellbeing.
