Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to help transform safety culture at our facilities. You will lead safety programs, conduct audits and investigations, and deliver engaging training to associates to prevent injuries and protect employees.

The role emphasizes data-driven safety improvements, strong communication, and collaboration with frontline teams to embed best practices across operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an EHS-related field or a related degree.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience with Word and Excel professionally.
• Confidentiality in security/personnel matters.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs with data-driven strategies and audits.
• Investigate incidents and perform risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates.
• Foster safety culture and continuous improvement across operations.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build cross-level partnerships.
• Translate safety data into compelling narratives to drive engagement.
