Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety initiatives, audits, and training across facilities. You will analyze safety data, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement while engaging associates and leadership to foster a culture of safety.

Ideal candidates will have EHS experience or a relevant degree, familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1910, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 1 year in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) field, or a Bachelor's degree in EHS-related background, or 6 months experience in a safety role within Amazon.
• Experience with OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910, is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive workplace matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations and risk assessments with data-driven strategies.
• Develop and deliver safety training that promotes a proactive safety culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Assist emergency response at the site and support safety program improvements.
