Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to elevate safety culture across our operations. You will lead safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments while delivering engaging training and driving continuous improvements that protect associates and maintain productivity.

You will transform safety data into compelling narratives, partner with leadership, and promote a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• First Aid/CPR certification and ability to obtain if not held.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training that engages associates.
• Analyze accident data to identify hazards and drive improvements.
