Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs and drive a proactive safety culture across its sites. You will partner with leadership to implement audits, investigations, and risk assessments that protect associates and optimize operations.

You will develop and deliver safety training, analyze incidents, and champion continuous improvement. This role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification required or obtained within 3 weeks of start date.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a safety-related field preferred.
• Experience in EHS in a workplace setting is required or Amazon experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training for associates.
• Analyze accident data and safety processes to drive improvements.
