Reporting to the Office Management Lead AMER/APAC, you will coordinate programs, support culture initiatives, and help grow into a broader workplace strategy role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Office Management or Workplace Operations.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and ticketing systems.
• Experience with access control and visitor management.

Responsibilities

• Daily Office Operations — inspections, mail, facilities, and supplies.
• Vendor & Facilities Management — contracts, maintenance, repairs, and vendor relations.
• Employee Experience & Onboarding — desk setup, equipment, onboarding, swag, and support.
• Event Programming & Culture — all-hands, holiday parties, team offsites, engagement strategy.
