Latham & Watkins LLP in Houston is seeking a WE Senior Coordinator to support the Workplace Experience team. You will guide a team delivering a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients, building personal connections to ensure seamless and productive work in the office.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, SOP development, and proactive collaboration with WE Managers across staffing, onboarding, and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years in hospitality or customer service management.
• Experience in hotel, office, law firm, or corporate environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate, and seamless.
• Identify and implement ways to streamline service delivery for in-office staff and clients.
• Oversee local WE Host and Agent teams, assist with staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, and feedback.
• Interface with internal clients to provide WE orientation for new personnel.
• Lead policy and SOP development and drive process improvements.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information handled by the firm.
