Latham & Watkins in New York City is seeking a WE Senior Coordinator to support the Workplace Experience team and guide a team of client-focused professionals in delivering a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients. This role requires in-office presence Monday through Friday in the NY office.

The position emphasizes hospitality and exceptional service, with opportunities to lead SOPs, staff coordination, and cross-location collaboration in a dynamic firm environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of workplace experience, hospitality or customer service management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced degree in business or similar field preferred.
• Hotel/office/facility management or corporate environment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate, and seamless.
• Identify and implement ways to streamline service delivery to improve in-office experience for colleagues, guests and clients.
• Oversee day-to-day staffing, onboarding and coaching of WE team members; provide performance feedback.
• Interface with internal clients by providing WE orientation to new personnel in the office.
• Lead policy and SOP development and drive process improvements.
• Oversee multi-site Workplace Experience operations across locations and vendors.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information.
