Job summary

Latham & Watkins, a leading global law firm, seeks a WE Senior Coordinator for its Houston office to support the Workplace Experience team. You will guide a team in delivering a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients, ensuring seamless, productive workflows and a personalized client connection.

The role requires a minimum of three years in hospitality or customer service management, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality or customer service management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate, and seamless.
• Identify and implement ways to streamline service delivery for in-office colleagues, guests, and clients.
• Assist with staffing/resource allocation and training of WE Host and Agent teams; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Interface with internal clients by providing WE orientation to new personnel in the office.
• Help prepare policies and SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information.
