Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
Answer calls professionally; prepare presentations and speak to groups of various sizes.
Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
Coordinate janitorial/maintenance work orders; manage workplace services such as mail and onboarding.
Address inquiries or complaints with professional customer service.
Organize on-site events, secure space, set up/tear down, and deliver supplies.
Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures.
Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions.
Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
