Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Workplace Experience Site Services & Operations Manager in New York City to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional workplace experiences across multiple locations. You will oversee reception, events, hospitality and coordination while aligning services with business priorities.

You will manage onsite vendors, drive improvements through KPIs and feedback, and coach staff to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace, hospitality, facilities or site operations.
• Proven people leadership or mentoring experience, including coaching.
• Ability to manage daily operations across multiple locations, balancing priorities.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills, building trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering workplace experiences across multiple NYC locations.
• Oversee full-site operations: reception, events, hospitality and workplace coordination.
• Manage onsite vendor performance with regular check-ins and clear expectations.
• Escalate contract or performance issues and support adoption of workplace tools.
