Capital Group in New York City is seeking a Workplace Experience Site Services & Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional workplace experiences across multiple NYC locations. You will oversee reception, events, hospitality and coordinating workplace services.

As the onsite escalation point, you’ll align services with associate expectations and business priorities, drive improvements using KPIs and feedback, manage vendor performance, coach staff, and foster

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace, hospitality, facilities or site operations.
• Proven people leadership or mentoring experience.
• Able to manage daily operations across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage vendor performance and set service expectations.
• Uses KPIs, client feedback and reports to drive improvements.
• Comfort with workplace tools and technology adoption.

Responsibilities
