Job summary

Capital Group in New York City seeks a Workplace Experience Site Services & Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional workplace experiences across multiple NYC locations. You will oversee reception, events, hospitality and coordination to meet associate expectations and business goals.

You will be the onsite escalation point, manage daily coverage, adapt to changing priorities, and use KPIs and feedback to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace, hospitality, facilities or site operations.
• Proven people leadership or mentoring experience.
• Ability to manage daily operations across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage vendor performance and set clear service expectations.
• Inclusive leadership and ability to coach others through change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-site operations across reception, events, hospitality and workplace coordination.
• Serve as onsite escalation point and manage daily coverage and priorities.
• Manage onsite vendor performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders and providers.
• Coach and develop the team, set expectations and build succession.
• Work in office five days a week, Monday–Friday.
