CMI Media Group is seeking a highly organized Team Lead, Workplace Experience to elevate our employee experience and ensure premier facility operations in Philadelphia. You will manage access controls, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects to support a productive workplace.

You will mentor Workplace Associates, analyze operational data, and drive improvements while fostering a positive, inclusive environment. This on-site role requires dedication and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities/real estate or related field.
• 5+ years in workplace operations or commercial real estate.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising office managers or admin staff.
• Vendor relationships, budgets, and lease negotiations experience.
• Onsite 5 days a week is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building access protocols and maintain tracking systems.
• Liaise with property management for maintenance and issues.
• Manage day-to-day building operations and address maintenance needs.
• Respond to workplace requests with a customer-focused approach.
• Supervise and mentor Workplace Associates and team members.
• Conduct evaluations and provide development plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to finish tasks and projects.
• Promote service excellence and an inclusive workplace.
• Manage vendor relationships and operational budgets.
• Translate vision into actionable plans; anticipate challenges.
• Use data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Plan and manage multiple projects to timely delivery.
