• Establish hospitality standards and operating procedures across locations for Experience Coordinators and property teams.
• Maintain on-site presence across buildings, coordinate with engineering, security, cleaning, and service partners.
• Lead training and collaboration with on-site teams to reinforce hospitality standards and brand consistency.
• Oversee conference centers, tenant lounges, and shared amenity spaces with consistent service levels.
