• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace activities; review invoices as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
• Approve client materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines; maintain databases and tools.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships; assist with contract negotiations and insurance documentation.
• Deliver world-class orientation to new employees; establish techniques to meet objectives.
• Enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors; assist in Service Business Continuity plan.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to achieve team objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to guide team through procedures.
