You will partner with HR and leadership teams, manage vendors, drive employee engagement, and coordinate space planning and workplace improvements to create environments where colleagues feel connected and productive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of workplace services and facilities operations across North America, ensuring offices are safe, functional, welcoming, and aligned with MRI's values.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to support engagement, culture-building initiatives, inclusion programs, and company events.
• Develop workplace experience metrics and feedback programs to continuously improve services and amenities.
• Manage regional vendors including facilities management, cleaning, security, catering, and maintenance providers, with SLAs and performance reviews.
• Coordinate workplace improvements, relocations, expansions, and utilization planning to meet budget and timelines.
