You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and global workplace teams to create positive employee experiences while ensuring efficient and effective office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations or corporate real estate preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating projects, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to balance operational needs with budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA workplace services and facilities operations across MRI offices and remote sites.
• Partner with HR, leaders, and global teams to enhance employee experience.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and service delivery.
• Coordinate workplace improvements, relocations, and space planning.
• Support health, safety, and security programs across offices.
• Provide guidance to an Office Coordinator and model MRI's values.
