You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and global workplace teams to manage vendors, coordinate projects, and drive employee engagement while upholding MRI's brand and culture across all offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace services and facilities operations across NA.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and service delivery quality.
• Drive employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives.
• Coordinate workplace improvement projects and relocations.
• Plan space utilization and occupancy strategies to support flexible work arrangements.
• Promote health, safety, and security compliance across offices.
