Job summary

Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and the overall workplace experience at the assigned facility.

You will partner with the Property Manager and client representatives to ensure services meet client requirements and that the environment remains safe and welcoming. The role requires proactive, service-oriented leadership, coordination of vendors and projects, and accurate record-keeping across CMMS and financial

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management, property operations, or workplace services.
• Experience coordinating facility projects, vendors, maintenance activities and client requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and maintain facility condition and appearance.
• Serve as liaison among client, landlord, property management, and service providers.
• Coordinate facility projects, including workspace improvements and equipment installs.
• Monitor work orders and building records in the CMMS system.
• Review invoices and provide expense summaries to the client lead and Lease Administration.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental policies are followed on site.
