Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a team delivering exceptional workplace services across designated buildings. You will supervise Workplace Coordinators, coordinate cross-functional partners, handle escalations, and uphold standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.

On-site role with strong people leadership and operational focus. Experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in property management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or related operations.
• Residential or commercial property management experience valued.
• Prior supervisory or people-leadership experience required.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and stakeholder partnerships.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Workplace Coordinators to build judgment and service ownership.
• Serve as first escalation point for high-priority or cross-functional workplace issues.
• Guide daily priorities, escalation timing, and closure expectations.
• Onboard and train staff on workplace standards, tools, and escalation paths.
• Balance team coverage across zones and inspections.
• Review schedules, priorities, and open issue queues for high impact work.
• Ensure Floor Hosts deliver quality work with clear ownership and timing.
• Provide timely feedback on performance and stakeholder communication.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to close items.
