Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Workplace Experience lead to manage the San Francisco office operations, guest services, and vendor programs in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will partner with teams to deliver reliable services, events, and an inclusive workplace.

You will drive budgets and KPIs, oversee capital projects, and coordinate with Security, Finance, People & Culture to ensure a safe, accessible, and welcoming campus. On-site 5 days/week in SF.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace experience, facilities, or related fields.
• Experience managing office operations, vendors, events in corporate settings.
• Experience planning large-scale events and regular employee engagements.
• Demonstrated project management: plans, timelines, stakeholders, risks.
• Experience budgeting, contracts, invoices, service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for LiveRamp’s San Francisco office, including reception and guest services.
• Manage workplace vendors, contracts, invoices, and renewal evaluations.
• Coordinate facility, safety, and sustainability programs with internal and external teams.
• Support office moves, space changes, and capital projects through planning and execution.
• Develop site-level goals, budgets, and service metrics; track employee feedback.
• Plan in-office, hybrid, and virtual events and executive meetings.
