Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group within Compass Group USA, is seeking a Workplace Services Lead to elevate in-office experiences for employees and visitors in Houston. You will oversee public areas, coordinate vendor partners, and ensure a polished, hospitality-driven environment.

This role requires a minimum of three years in client service or reception, strong communication, and a genuine passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in a client service/reception capacity or concierge within hospitality or corporate environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality mindset and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite workplace corporate services contact for the location.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to deliver services across pantries, catering and conference rooms.
• Identify issues and drive follow-through to resolution while maintaining a welcoming office experience.
• Develop relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to align operations with corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate events and manage payroll, safety procedures, and HR compliance posters.
• Liaise with IT, landlord, and facility vendors to ensure smooth operations and 5-star workplace service.
