Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, hotel operations, or related service environments.
• Proven experience leading 100+ associates across multi-site or regional portfolios.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated financial, operational, and contractual acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner and single point of contact for client Senior Leadership.
• Translate hospitality vision into innovative workplace experiences for employees, guests, and executives.
• Lead operational performance, reporting, and KPIs for the North American portfolio.
• Lead new office openings, transitions, and workplace launches with staffing and launch plans.
• Develop leaders, foster accountability, and balance service excellence with financial discipline.
